- Scoped proposal. A single annual figure based on team size, modules, and integrations. Your security and compliance teams get the diligence pack at the same time.
- Guided pilot. We stand FundOS up against your real data shape with your team, before you sign anything long-term.
- Annual agreement. Invoice or ACH/wire billing, MSA + DPA, and a named contact who owns your deployment.
Common questions
Why don't you publish prices?
Because a published per-seat number would be wrong for almost everyone —
too high for an emerging manager, meaningless for a platform running the
trading stack. Scoping on a call gets you a fair number in days, not a
procurement negotiation over a menu.
Is there a free or self-serve tier?
No. FundOS is deployed with you, not downloaded. Evaluation happens through
the guided pilot, on your data shape, with our team involved.
Do our LPs or auditors need licenses?
No. Investor portal access, auditor workspaces, and counterparty data-room
access are always included and never metered.
What about API and AI agent usage?
Expected usage is sized into your agreement up front. Agent-builder and
document-API access for service providers (fund admins, law firms) is scoped
